Adds the cookie manager from https://klaro.kiprotect.com/ to your OctoberCMS site. You can configure it using the system settings in the backend.

Since version 1.1.0 klaro v0.7.16 is used and you need to adjust your configuration. See the annotated example configuration. Since version 1.1.0 you can also use the new configuration generator build into the plugin, to generate a valid configuration.
